Refund policy

All returns subject to manager’s approval, product must be in new/unused condition with original packaging where applicable.  If return is approved the following may apply:

• Restocking Fee of 5% of purchase
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Refund will be issued to original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned item

No Returns on Consignments, Used Items, Native American Flutes, Harmonicas, Didgeridoos and Wind Instruments
