Randal Collen, a creative food entrepreneur, began making chocolate after a succession of careers as jazz pianist, clinical psychologist, and commercial real estate developer. His experience as creative musician, healer, and nuts and bolts real estate builder all combine in the bustling kitchen of a chocolate factory.

His spiritual belief is that Cacao, a Goddess of the Plant Kingdom, is crying out to raise our awareness. Eat less meat! Preserve our beautiful plant world!  Chocolate is the celebration of the epiphany of Nature's miracles! Love it!
