Our Condor Bass 'E' is handcrafted in domestic Spanish Cedar, which is a softwood that gives the flute a warm, resonant, full tonal voice.  Since it is one of our shortest bass flutes it is one of the easiest to play.

This flute is tuned in the key of "E" minor and is a great accompanying flute for guitars, and our Kestrel key of "E" flute.

It is a 6-hole wooden flute, we cover the 3rd hole from the top of the flute (known as the 6th hole) with a leather tie, giving the option to use it as a 6-hole or a 5-hole flute.
